Why do we need to retrieve our deleted text? To me, the reasons are;

1. At times we delete our text messages unknowingly or accidentally

2. You might want to take a pick on your girlfriend’s deleted messages to trick to read a deleted messageknow if she’s having…

You might have your own reason of retrieving your own deleted messages. On the little tutorial you are going to learn a detailed process of executing such task.

The procedures are as followed

The only required application we are going to use is our file explorer program or any system explorer (e.g. Fexplorer)

Step #1. Open Fexplorer and Select drive C: or D: (depending on the memory in which the SMS messages have been saved)

Step #2. For selected your drive and open “system” folder. (Remember we are using our file explorer?)

Step #3. In the “system” folder open “mail” folder.

Step #4. In the “mail” folder you will see different folders like “0010001_s” and certain files like “00100000”. These files are the actual messages. Browse through every folder and open all files till u get the SMS u are looking for.

Step #5. For open the files where the text is, don’t choose options>file>open because it will show format not supported. The best method to go about it is choose options>file>hex/text viewer. By selecting the “Hex/ text viewer” you will be able to open and read the deleted SMS messages.

Note: This will not work if you have intentionally deleted the contents of the “mail” folder. So mind the way you use your explorer.
