  2. I won’t deny that there are days that I am too lazy to work out. My strategy is to set a schedule that allows me to have a break. This way, I can always think that there is another day for my laziness. I don’t use workout app either but just a time tracker to see how long I’ve been sticking with my routine.   3. Hey BABANATURE, you have done a nice work. But these are just apps, they are not going to do exercise for you. You need to it by yourself. They just give tips and maintain tracking. Everyone should keep this in mind. Anyway, great stuff.

  4. I completely agree with you as i am a lazy blogger. However, i am also old school. I love to keep my tracking on notebook instead of using apps. Apps are operated with AI, they just tells us what to do, when to do and how to do. We have to do it by ourselves. That’s doesn’t mean they are not helpful. Anyway great article.
