Click on “Start” icon then go to “Run” and type “Regedit” in the provided box and click ok or tap enter. This will open “Registery” editor like the shot below

now look for the key “HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM \CurrentControlSet\Control \ContentIndex” now find the Key Called “Startup Delay” Double Click It.

Now where its Base Click Decimal Now its Default Value Is 4800000 (75300:hexadecimal) Change The Value To 40000

Now close the Registry Editor, Restart Your Computer and see the Result
