  1. Hi Babanature,

    Informative tutorial 🙂

No, I didn’t try the G+ commenting system when I was on Blogger, as that time it wasn’t there! G+ came later, and I was happy with Discus that time.

Once I switched to WP, I did think of adding it and even tried it, but I didn’t want to just have that commenting system, as not everyone is on G+ or even Facebook for that matter. I wanted it alongside CommentLuv, which I had that time. But I didn’t install it because of the load time and I am very happy with the simple one I have now. The interactions on G+ are in plenty on the communities where I share my posts as a tis.

Also, unless people follow you and tag you, if they comment on old posts, you can never know or reply to them, which was another disadvantage I thought.

Thanks for sharing. Have a nice week ahead 🙂

    1. Hello Harleena,

The Google commenting system is a good source of traffic and it also make your new blog post get indexed faster and also boost traffic.

I also remove the commenting on this particular blog due to the same reason as you mentioned.

I do hope someday they’ll add a comment moderation option so we could moderate any unwanted comments.

Thank you for stopping by and dropping your comment. Do have a blissful week ahead dear friend…

  3. Hello babanature !

Adding google + commenting system on a blog makes it google friendly . It also increases our engagement on google + . Thus its good for seo .

But still the advantages of the native commenting system cannot be ignored . Many readers feel comfortable in using the native commenting system .

So integrating both the systems is a wonderful idea . I have personally experienced that blogs that have both the systems , get more comments .

This post was a rock !! Loved reading it .

Keep producing such wonderful content !!

    Happy blogging ! 🙂

  4. Hi babanature, nice sharing and it is very beneficial to get more traffic also. But i want to know that can i add g+ comments to WordPress? If yes then tell me how? Thank you

  5. This is a good idea and I will implement it. I already have g+comments enabled on my blog. I even might add the fb comment option.
Is there a surest way of adding commentluv on the blogger and not lose old comments.
    I find it really good.

    1. Hello Inderpreet Kaur,

Yes, there is a way of adding commentluv to the blogger platform but i wouldn’t recommend it, because it slows down the blog. But you can try the Facebook commenting system, the implementation is easy…

Thanks for the comment and do have a wonderful week ahead… 🙂
